Today we reached a landmark for the fundraiser!

We have reached over $5000 dollars in donations for the silent auction alone. That is not including door prizes, printing, etc. I really would like to thank all the volunteers who have been helping me and the businesses in the area who have been incredibly generous. I'd also like to thank Holy Cross Catholic Church for all their support. There have been many bumps in the road and we have weathered them well. Father Steve, Cindy, Yola, and all the office employees have been wonderful. Peg's enthusiam and energy has been unwavering. John has been fantastic and I am meeting many more wonderful volunteers. Joyce has jumped in with both feet this week. Tracy and her daughters are hard at work. It has been a humbling experience working with the members of the church. There are many more volunteers that I've yet to meet in person. Thank you Theresa from Carle. We couldn't do this without your help and your family's help too. Prayer is a wonderful thing and it has certainly helped us over the last several weeks.
